Common Questions
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the CareTail Pro screen and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account (iPhone) or Google account (Android) you used to buy. If you use a CareTail account, sign in to it first so Pro is linked to your account.
How do I export my data?
Go to More › Export my data. The app creates a ZIP file with your records, photos and documents that you can save or share.
How do I delete my account?
While signed in, go to More › Delete account…, type DELETE and confirm. Your account and data are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. If you use CareTail without an account, deleting the app removes your data from the device. You can also ask us by email to delete your account, without the app: see Delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
My data isn't syncing
Sync needs a CareTail account and an internet connection. Pull down on the Today screen to sync now. Photos are uploaded with CareTail Pro; without it, they stay on your device. Adding documents requires CareTail Pro.
App Issues
Bugs, crashes, display problems, or unexpected behavior — let us know and we'll investigate.
Subscription & Billing
CareTail Pro is billed by the App Store or Google Play. To manage or cancel it on iPhone, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions; on Android, open the Google Play Store app › your profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by the store: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play as described in Google Play's refund help.
